Orders & Pre-Orders
Many of our items are ordered through pre-orders to provide a wider variety of styles while operating as a small business. By placing an order, you acknowledge that some items may not be in stock at the time of purchase.

Processing & Shipping Times
Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for processing and shipping. Some items may arrive sooner depending on supplier availability. Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed due to carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control.

Payments
All payments must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. We accept the payment methods available through our website checkout system.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of small business inventory and pre-orders, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

Product Availability
We do our best to keep inventory accurate, but occasionally items may sell out or become unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you regarding a replacement, store credit, or refund.
